If you are having a dispute with a neighbor about a fence line, please contact 3-1-1 and explain the nature of your issue. Or, if you are a property owner looking to install a fence, please note that your fence can go into the City-Parish servitude provided there is a hold-harmless agreement between the property owner and the City-Parish.
