The City-Parish recognizes that citizens may be physically unable to bring their garbage cart to the curb and back for weekly collections. For these citizens, the City-Parish provides a special service in which the City-Parish garbage contractor will pick up a household’s garbage at the door. If you are signed up for this service and believe that the City-Parish garbage contractor missed a scheduled collection time, please contact 3-1-1 to report the missed service. Please note that your neighborhood’s scheduled collection may be found here.
